"We cannot stand by and watch families separated, children left without parents, and communities divided," said Rev. Joan VanBecelaere, Unitarian Universalist Ohio Meadville District Executive, one of several clergy who joined the rally.

"Faith communities are joining together to say the time is now to stop deporting our neighbors and our congregants," she said. "We are all equal in the eyes of God.
